One of my students asked me recently how you can learn from your mistakes. I really enjoyed thinking about this for a while and have come up with a simple, 5 step guideline that I believe will help you turn your failure into a future success!
No matter how successful you are at learning on your own, you still need a mentor who can speak into your life, give you ideas, and help encourage you when the learning gets tough.
Inspired by Rita Pierson’s TED talk entitled “Every child deserves a champion”. Email template below: get in touch with a mentor today!
Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this message. I wanted to say thank you for being such a great role model to me. I imagine it took a lot of diligence to get to where you are today, and I am sure you have learnt a lot along the way. I was wondering if you would be open to sharing some of your wisdom with me and mentoring me as I strive to follow in your footsteps. I need some help coming up with goals and steps to take going forward. I would also really appreciate your help and encouragement as I try to reach my goals. Please let me know if you would be open to mentoring me on my own learning journey. Thank you so much in advance!
